I’m Kariann—a 48-year-old wife of 25 years and recent empty nester to two college kids. As I navigate perimenopause and an empty house firsthand, I’m reminded daily that midlife is packed with both challenges and full of opportunities for growth.

Over the last 15 years, my passion for health has shifted from simply maintaining my figure after having kids to genuinely nourishing my body in my 40s—so I can feel good, not just look good. Like many women, I discovered that once I hit 40, the trusty quick fixes from my 30s no longer made the cut. Perimenopause is a real game changer.

In the past five years, I’ve immersed myself in learning why our bodies change during this stage. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and dove deep into expert research—all to help myself and other women understand our evolving bodies and truly thrive, not just survive, through midlife…the PRIME of our lives.

Your Partner in Mid-Life Transformation

I get it—midlife can feel like a whole new ballgame. Every woman’s journey looks different, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Together, we’ll dig into your daily habits—what you eat, how you move, how you manage stress—and figure out the tweaks that really make a difference in your energy, sleep, and overall well being. Think of me as your coach and cheerleader rolled into one. If you’re dealing with stubborn weight gain, sleepless nights, or just feeling run-down, we’ll tackle those issues head-on. After all, this stage of life can still be amazing—let’s make sure you feel that way every day.

My Mission

I’ve walked the same path as the women I help—and I know how frustrating midlife changes can be. My mission is to empower other busy women in their 40s and beyond to take back control of their health, break free from quick-fix diets, and embrace sustainable habits that actually work for the long haul. That way, even if you fall off track now and then, you’ll know exactly how to reset and keep moving forward. By combining practical strategies, compassion, and a dash of real-life experience, I’m here to guide you toward a vibrant, energized midlife where you can truly thrive—now and for years to come.
